Mr. Vladimir EVTUSHENKOV, Honorary Consul with jurisdiction over Sverdlovsk oblast and Khabarovsk kraï, and Mr. Valéry GERGUIEV, Honorary Consul with jurisdiction over Saint Petersburg, Leningrad oblast and Novgorod, have been named Commanders of the Order of the Oak Crown by His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri. The awards were presented by Mr. Xavier Bettel, Prime Minister of Luxembourg. The ceremony was held in the Ministry of State of Luxembourg on 15 September 2019.
