Since Russia launched its war of aggression against Ukraine in February 2022, Luxembourg has scaled back the scope of its engagement with the Russian Federation across a range of areas. Our bilateral relationship built over decades has been profoundly affected as a result.
The Embassy nonetheless remains committed to keeping channels of communication open with Russian society, wherever such exchanges remain possible.
