On 30 October 2025, the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repressions, Ms. Charline Vandermuntert Dispa, Deputy Head of the Luxembourg Embassy in Moscow, along with diplomats from the EU and other countries paid tribute to the victims of Stalinist repression at the Butovo shooting range, the largest burial site for victims of Stalinist repression in the Moscow region.
