On 16 February, Mr. Thomas Reisen, the Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Russian Federation, together with the ambassadors and representatives of EU Member States and like-minded countries, paid tribute to the memory of Alexey Navalny by laying flowers at his tomb in the Borisov cemetery.
