During his working visit, the Minister for Transport, Mr. Claude Wiseler met with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Dmitry Rogozin and the Minister for Transport, Mr. Maxim Sokolov. During their meeting at the House of Government, the subjects of the air service agreement between the governments of the Russian Federation and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as the questions about the air-crew visas for Luxembourg airline companies flying to Russia were discussed.  

Both sides agreed to sign an amendment to the air service agreement and to welcome the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on a working visit in Luxembourg by the end of the year.

Minister Wiseler also had meetings with high officials of Aeroflot, with the President of Volga-Dnepr Group, as well as with representatives of the Russian aviation sector.
