The Ambassador of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, Mr. Pierre Ferring, paid a working visit to Nijnii Novgorod, on March 23, 2016.

During his visit the Ambassador discussed with the Governor of the Nijnii Novgorod region, Mr. Valerii Shantsev, the prospects of further cooperation in a variety of fields with a particular attention on science and education.

Furthermore, the Ambassador visited the Nijnii Novgorod State Linguistic University where the Ambassador met with students and presented a selection of books from the Luxembourgish literature as a gift to the library of the University.
