On June 6th, 2012, the Prime Minister of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, Mr Jean-Claude Juncker had a telephone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Mr Vladimir Putin, during his State visit in China.

They discussed various topics, including the situation in Syria as well as on the situation in the Euro zone and the results of the recent EU- Russia summit in St Petersburg.
 
President Putin and Prime Minister Juncker also discussed the bilateral issues in the excellent relations between Luxembourg and Russia.
