Minister Etienne Schneider participated at the 9th Joint Commission BLEU – Russia in Brussels, November 13th 2013
The Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Mr. Etienne Schneider, participated at the 9th Joint Commission on economic cooperation between Russia and the Belgian-Luxembourg Economic Union (BLEU) in Brussels on November 13th, 2013.
Also attended this Joint Commission the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, Mr. Didier Reynders as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Dmitry Rogozin.
The opportunities for cooperation between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Russian Federation in the following sectors: aerospace, trade, investments, finance, industry, transport and health have been discussed.
During this session, an MoU on “Energy Saving, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources between the Federal State Budgetary Organization “Russian Energy Agency” and My Energy G.I.E. as well as an Agreement between the Russian EXIAR Agency and Luxembourg “Office du Drucroire” have been signed.
