Luxembourg at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, February 7th, 2014
His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, as a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), participated at the 126th Session of the IOC in Sochi.
On February 7th, Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Prince Félix attended the opening ceremony of the XXIIth Olympic Winter Games as well as different competitions and ceremonies in Sochi.
The cross country skier Kari Peters who represents Luxembourg at the Olympic Winter Games guided his delegation as a flag-bearer of Luxembourg on the occasion of the opening ceremony in the Fisht Stadium in Sochi.
