1. En cas d’urgence : Pendant toute la durée du Confed-Cup 2017 en Russie, les citoyens luxembourgeois en visite sont invités à contacter la section consulaire de l’Ambassade du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg en cas d’urgence consulaire au : +7 (495) 786 66 65 (09.00-13.00 et 14.00-18.00).

En dehors des heures d’ouvertures de la section consulaire, les citoyens luxembourgeois sont priés de contacter le numéro suivant : +7 915 132 69 39. Ce numéro ne sera valable que pendant la période du 17 juin au 2 juillet 2017.

Les citoyens luxembourgeois en déplacement pour le tournoi peuvent s’enregistrer auprès de l’ambassade via courriel : moscou.consulat@mae.etat.lu en indiquant leurs données personnelles, la durée de leur séjour, l’adresse de séjour ainsi qu’un numéro de contact propre et un contact au Luxembourg.

1. Dans le contexte du Confed-Cup 2017, les autorités russes ont introduit un système d’identification obligatoire, la Fan-ID, qui permettra une entrée sans visa pour une période limitée (max. du 7 juin au 12 juillet 2017, soit 10 jours avant et après la finale). Cette Fan-ID ne peut être obtenue que suite à l’achat d’un ticket pour aller voir un match du Confed-Cup.

-        La Fan-ID ne remplace ni ticket, ni visa. Or, elle permet de déroger au besoin de visa autrement nécessaire.

-        L’entrée sur le territoire russe avec la Fan-ID doit se faire avant le 2 juillet (jour de la finale).

-        La validité de votre passeport doit couvrir la période intégrale de votre séjour.

-        Les accompagnateurs ne visitant pas un match doivent demander un visa ordinaire à l’avance.

Il est obligatoire de porter toujours sur soi son passeport valide (la carte d’identité n’est pas suffisante). Préparez-vous des copies scannées sur lesquelles vous pouvez avoir accès en cas de perte ou de vol des originaux afin de minimiser les problèmes administratifs.

Du 1er juin au 12 juillet, les voyageurs dans les 4 villes des matchs – à savoir Moscou, St. Pétersbourg, Kazan et Sotchi – doivent obligatoirement se faire enregistrer auprès du service des migrations. En cas d’hébergement dans un hôtel, l’enregistrement se fait automatiquement (revérifier cependant), dans d’autres cas la personne ou l’organisation invitante doit prendre les mesures nécessaires endéans 24h de votre arrivée.

1. Les demandes de visa ordinaires doivent être introduites auprès de l’Ambassade de la Fédération de Russie au Grand-Duché en temps utile : http://fr.ambruslu.com/visa-touristique   (traitement du dossier: délai normal – 4-10 jours ouvrables, délai express – 1-3 jours ouvrables)
2. Assurance maladie : Avant le départ vérifiez que votre assurance maladie couvre un séjour sur le territoire de la Fédération de Russie. Elle est obligatoire. Veuillez enregistrer le numéro du call center de votre assurance respective (ainsi que votre numéro client) dans votre portable.
3. Mobilité : Des possibilités de transport gratuit existent (ticket du match et Fan-ID obligatoires) :   https://tickets.transport2018.com/free-train/schedule )
   1. Chemin de fer via les villes principales à des jours spécifiés. Cependant un enregistrement (premier venu, premier servi) est nécessaire pour des raisons de sécurité ;
   2. Transport en commun dans les villes les jours des matchs.

Pour entrer en Russie : la voie aérienne est fortement recommandée (à cause de problèmes récents, éviter les escales à Minsk). La situation concernant le franchissement de la frontière terrestre (route et chemin de fer) n’est pas réglée en ce qui concerne les ressortissants non russes et non biélorusses, les contrevenants risquant de s’exposer à des poursuites.

1. You’ve decided to go to Russia for the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 (hereinafter -2017 FCC) matches.
2. Buy a ticket.
3. Check if you need a Russian visa. If so, make your life easier - get free a FAN ID by mail and come to Russia with it, without Russian visa.
4. What is a FAN ID:
5. Your visa free entry to the Russian Federation in the period starting from the 7th of June 2017 and ending on the 12th of July 2017 (FAN ID + passport).
6. Access to the stadium (FAN ID + ticket).
7. Free travel in public transport (despite taxi) and in the trains between 2017 FCC host cities (FAN ID + a ticket + a passport).
8. Where to register: on the website www.fan-id.ru.
9. Fill in the fields attentively, specify all your personal data in a way that it is written in the passport (do not shorten names, specify all the names, if you have several), indicate the number of the passport with which you fly to Russia, specify the correct postal address, if you want to receive your FAN ID by mail, and upload your photo. Remember, the photo image should be on a light background. Check the requirements on the website. Take it seriously!
10. Receive a message that your application for a FAN ID issue is approved on the phone and e-mail.
11. Wow! You’ve got your FAN ID!
12. Prepare for the trip, buy a ticket to Russia.
13. You can fly, sail and arrive in Russia by car.
14. If you fly by plane, show your passport and a FAN ID when you are registering for a flight to Russia.

21. In order to travel free by train to another city for a match, you need to register on the website https://tickets.transport2018.com/free-train/schedule. Specify there the ticket number, the approved FAN ID application number or the FAN ID number, select a train and book a trip.
22. Everything was perfect! You’ve seen the best places of Russia. You’ve felt our hospitality, but the matches ended, it's time to leave. It's sad. Remember if you’ve used a FAN ID to enter Russia, you need to leave Russia with it until the end of the 12th of July 2017.
23. Pack the suitcases. Check that your FAN ID is with you.
24. Show a FAN ID at a passport control of the border checking point.

2) You haven’t received a FAN ID by mail at the address indicated, and it's time to go to Russia already:

Apply for a FAN ID in electronic form and you will receive it on your e-mail address, indicated during the registration on the website www.fan-id.ru, print it and you will be able to enter Russia with it, but there are several "BUT":

-        with a FAN ID in electronic form you can cross the Russian Federation State border one time (!) in the period starting from the14 th of June 2017 and ending on the 2nd of July 2017.

-        you can’t leave Russia with a FAN ID in electronic form. In order to leave Russia, you need to get a FAN ID in paper form at our FAN ID Distribution center. It takes you only a couple of minutes, just show your passport.

-        to pass to the stadium, you need to change a FAN ID in electronic form for the FAN ID in paper form which you can receive at our Distribution Center in the city where you’ve arrived (it will only take you a couple of minutes).

-        you can’t travel to another city for a match by train with a FAN ID in electronic form, you need to get a FAN ID in paper form.

-        if you’ve lost a FAN ID during a flight or a trip, you can get a duplicate of a FAN ID.

-        if you’ve lost a FAN ID when you are leaving Russia, you need to get a duplicate of a FAN ID in a FAN ID Distribution center or at the airport.

-        if you have accidentally made a mistake in your personal data specified during the registration process, you also need to get a duplicate of a FAN ID.

You can get to the FAN ID Distribution Center as follows: From the "Paveletskaya" subway station (Zamoskvoretskaya Line), go to the right along the railway station to Kozhevnicheskaya Street. You can get to the FAN ID Distribution Center as follows: from the Kozya Sloboda subway station, take a bus No. 74 or 75 from the bus stop near the Energy Univesity ("Megapolis") to the stop near the "Olympus" Sports Center and then walk along the odd-numbered side of Chistopolskaya Street up to Adoratskogo Street. Next, along the odd-numbered side of Adoratskogo street, walk to Chetaeva Street.

You can get to the FAN ID Distribution Center as follows: From the "Kremlevskaya" subway station, go along the even-numbered side of Baumana Street to No. 44/8. The FAN ID Distribution Center is located at the crossing of Baumana and Mussy Dhalilya streets. The entrance is located on the Baumana Street side.

Sochi (2):

You can get to the FAN ID Distribution Center as follows: from the Olympic Park railway station (the Imeretinsky Resort), walk to the Olympic Rings. Go down the stairs up to turnstiles for access to the territory of the Olymptic Park and the Sochi Motordrome. The Distribution Center is located to the right of the turnstiles.

You can get to the FAN ID Distribution Center as follows: From the Sochi railway terminal: take buses No. No. 105, 105k, 105c, 125 to the stop near the "MoreMall" Shopping and Entertainment Center. The entrance from the embankment in the central part of the Shopping and Entertainment Center, to the right of the "Contact Zoo".
