Elections to the European Parliament of 26 May 2019 - Vote by correspondence

If you are registered in a Luxembourg municipality, but for personal or professional reasons you are abroad on election day, you can apply to vote by correspondence.

For voters who live abroad, such applications need to be submitted between 4 March and 16 April at the municipality at which the person needs to vote.
