Business breakfast “Public financing: Luxembourg, new developments”, PwC office in Moscow, 29th April 2011.
The Ambassador of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg in Russian Federation HE M. Gaston Stronck will take part in business breakfast organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia “Public financing: Luxembourg, new developments” scheduled on Friday, April 29, 2011. The conference will take place at the PwC office in Moscow (White Square Office Center 10 Butyrsky Val, Room 1009, 10thfloor).
The purpose of the seminar is to provide an update on the recent tax developments in Luxembourg being one of the most popular jurisdictions for Eurobond transactions, to discuss potential consequences for the existing Eurobonds structures of Russian borrowers and to provide some guidance on how new transactions should be structured.
Luxembourg tax developments will be presented by the leading specialist of PwC Luxembourg firm, Tax Partner, Alexandre Jaumotte. During the seminar we will also briefly discuss other alternative jurisdictions commonly used for public financing and consider practical issues from the recent projects the PwC tax team was involved in.
