The Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, H.E. Gaston Stronck, will participate in the Conference on "Islamic Finance: potential for development in Russia", organized by the Moscow Times, on 10 December 2009 in Marriott Aurora Moscow Hotel.
